OC Cleanup and Hauling ("we", "us") runs occleanupco.com. This page says what we collect, why, where it's kept, and how to reach us about it. Plain words, no legal maze.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote. The form sends us what you type: what needs to go, the load size you picked, your ZIP code, when you need it done, your name, your mobile number, any notes, and up to five photos if you add them. We also record which page you were on, the page you first opened on this site, the ad or link that brought you here (UTM tags and Facebook's click id, if there is one), the name of the website that sent you (just its name, like google.com), and the date and time. So that a quote sent a day or two after you clicked an ad is still matched to that ad, your browser keeps those link details for 7 days (in its local storage, not a cookie).
When you call or text (714) 623-1064, your number and the conversation are on our phone, like any business call.
When you visit. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, logs standard request data such as your IP address and browser type, to keep the site up and stop spam. The quote form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you're a person and not a bot. We also count taps on the Call and Text buttons so we know which pages bring in phone calls.
How we use it
- To confirm your load size, price and a time, by text or call.
- To do the job and keep a record of it.
- To see which pages and ads bring in work, so the ad budget goes where it works.
We don't sell your information. We don't share it with anyone except the service providers named on this page, and only so they can do their part.
Calls and texts about your quote
When you send the quote form, you agree that we may call or text you at the number you gave, about that quote and that job. Texts are about your job, not marketing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts, or just tell us. Sending the form isn't a condition of hiring us: you can always call instead.
Photos you send
Photos from the quote form are stored privately on Cloudflare (R2 storage, in the US) and are only visible to us, through a login-protected lead app. We use them to size your job. Ask and we'll delete them.
Analytics and advertising
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits without cookies and without following you across other sites.
- Google Analytics 4 tells us which pages people visit and whether they send a quote. It sets cookies (names starting with
_ga) that last up to two years. How Google uses that data: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. You can block it with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or your browser's cookie settings. - Meta Pixel and Conversions API. When switched on, these tell Meta (Facebook and Instagram) that someone visited a page or sent a quote, so we can tell whether our ads work. The Pixel sets a cookie (
_fbp); the Conversions API sends the same event from our server, with any contact details hashed first. Meta's policy: facebook.com/privacy/policy. Manage ad settings in Meta Accounts Center.
Where it's kept, and for how long
Quote requests are stored in a Cloudflare database in the US and are only visible to us through a login-protected app. We keep them while we're doing, or might do, the job and for our business records. Tell us and we'll delete your request and photos, unless we have to keep an invoice for tax or accounting.

Your choices
- See or delete what we have about you: email info@occleanupco.com or text (714) 623-1064. If you're a California resident, you can make these requests and we'll honor them.
- Stop texts: reply STOP.
- Cookies: block or clear them in your browser. Nothing on this site needs cookies to work.
Children
This site is for adults booking a service. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If anything here changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
